NBTC Certification · Thailand

Get your telecommunications and RF equipment certified for Thailand

Zergo manages the entire NBTC certification process — from document preparation to approval — for overseas manufacturers, laboratories, and certification agencies.

Three certification paths

The NBTC requires SDoC, Class A (Registration), or Class B (Certification) depending on the device type and frequency band.

SDoC~1 week

Supplier's Declaration of Conformity

Self-declaration path for lower-risk devices. No NBTC trade license or supplier code required at submission.

  • Wi-Fi routers
  • Bluetooth devices
  • RFID (low power)
  • UAS (Drone)
Class A~5 weeks

Registration

Registration path for mid-range devices. Requires an NBTC-licensed local representative and supplier code.

  • RFID (higher power)
  • Radio model control
  • Fixed Satellite (FSS/GSO)
  • UWB devices
Class B~6 weeks

Certification

Full type approval for higher-risk and cellular devices. Most stringent path with full NBTC review.

  • Cellular (LTE / 5G NR)
  • Marine VHF radios
  • Land mobile radios
  • Amateur radio equipment
